Week 16

My last week as the Ski Club of Great Britain Rep for Jackson Hole and this week felt like a real week of repping as I had a slightly more 'normal' mix of members rather than the two weeks of 'Jackson Hole special' members that I'd had up until now. I started the week well aware of my failures last Sunday and took things easy, even when people seemed comfortable and looked like they could be pushed a bit harder... I had pretty much the same group of people all week and this worked well as we got to know each other and I could push people gently as I worked out what they liked and disliked and what they were good at. The weather has changed for the worse; unless you like sunbathing but there was still some good snow to be had. The week finished with two reps for the price of one as the new rep arrived and skied with us on my last day, and he even wore his jacket (so that must have been really confusing for the locals!). I think I had the best snow of the season here and all in all the trip was great (even the bit where I was forced to buy new ski boots!).
