Packing and partying

Today was another lazy day for me. Some of the guys went skiing but I just chilled at the hotel. I went up to the mountain to collect my skis and boots from the ski locker, say goodbye to the guys there and bid the mountain farewell, at least for now.

Packing was pretty easy and after one final meeting with Ivan and the guys we all headed off to a local restaurant for a final night of partying. We had the run of the place, the beer flowed freely and the pizza vanished quickly. The live band was good and there was some dancing. We had an amusing awards ceremony where we were issued with certificates for some of the aspects of our training over the last two months.

Eventually it was time to go, some of the guys headed in to town for another night of fun at South Bar and The Roxy and some of us headed back to the hotel for a quiet drink.
