Here's a collection of pictures that I've taken over the past week.
The first few are from the Recoleta cemetery in Buenos Aires; this is a remarkable place, a true city of the dead.

Mark wandering the streets of the city of the dead.

Some of the mausoleums are just plain spooky. I can just imagine the family asking the guy who designed this next one to "make it quite scary"!

Many of them are huge.

And some are simply bizarre!

Probably the most impressively flowered was the grave of Eva Peron.

On the second day in Buenos Aires we walked around La Boca and saw some tango being danced in the streets.

Some of the guys doing the transciever training.

The final pictures are from today's trek to dig snow pits.
Some of the guys come over the last ridge, we're almost there...

Having lunch above the lakes of Catedral.

Looking back towards Cerro Catedral.

Heading home on fresh snow.
