Snow stability analysis

Today we took a 30 minute hike from the top of one of the chair lifts and visited a large off piste bowl so that we could do some snow stability analysis by digging holes and looking at the structure and relative stability of the layers of the snow. It was interesting stuff. We then skied back on untracked snow (well, as untracked as it can be when 38 people ski on it... It was mostly untracked when we started...)

Then some of us went off to the gym and some played football or swam. Tonight we're off to Bariloche for food and partying.
