Weather whinges

I think I probably need a new category to group together all of our complaints about the weather... Today's complaint was that it was pissing down with rain when we woke up at 7.30. It's one thing skiing on depressingly bare slopes, it's another to do it in the pissing rain. We decided to abort our planned trip to Cote 2000 and stay in bed instead.

It turned into quite a lazy day in the end. We both read lots of our books and lazed around the apartment until late afternoon when we finally dragged ourselves into town for a wander around.

One of the cute little rivers that usually trickles through the centre of town is now a torrent of melt water... I wonder how long it takes to get used to having that running outside your bedroom window...

The runs down to the Jaillet bubble are officially dead...

I've added the new category, I now need to go back and reclassify the old weather whinge entries...
