Today was another day of cloud, low visibility and snow. Unfortunately the freezing level was just above the village so it was raining when we left...
Janine decided to rest her back and visit the physio so we skied with John in the morning and all met up for lunch at the Super Megève. Today was my first day as 'tour guide' and I did pretty well, even if I do say so myself... We did the key points of the Rochebrune side, all the way over to Cote 2000, before lunch and arrived at the restaurant 5 mins early. The snow conditions were excellent but the visibility made things a little interesting. Trust in your knees and feel your way...
The whiteout conditions left John feeling a little queezy and we had an early afternoon and headed back after lunch. It was snowing all day and the forecast is for more of the same tomorrow. Can't really complain, but some sun would be nice ;)
The B2s performed nicely and we far easier and more fun than the XScreams, but I didn't really get to push them as the visibility was a little too restrictive for me to really let rip...
